When will my order ship?
Standard in-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Please note that pre-order items have specific shipping timelines listed on their individual product pages.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the item is in its original packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
How should I wash my CavityColors apparel?
To preserve the quality of the screen print, we recommend washing your garments inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or hang drying.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center. We can only process cancellations or modifications if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact support immediately for assistance.
